Care of the Envisage™

envisage ChargerThe envisage™ requires minimal care.

To keep your envisage™ vibration working well, charge your product every 48hours for a few hours.
When required, wipe the pads with warm water to keep them clean.

Occasionally a customer will lose a pad, or will ask to replace the pads. Pads only need replacing after 8-12 months. It is easy to buy replacement pads online.

Refund Policy

We are confident and guarantee wonderful facial results when using our envisage™ product, however, if you are not pleased with your facial toning after 3 months, we will refund the full amount minus shipping and handling.

Warranty

The envisage™ should last a minimum of 1 years. Please keep the envisage™ with the charger in a protective bag when traveling with your item.
